Prince William and Princess Kate Release Animated Christmas Card To Mark Tough Year

If anyone can understand what a tough year means, I’m sure the Royal Family would be at the forefront.

The family literally kicked off 2024 with two surgeries that led to the discovery of cancerous cells in two of the most senior royals, King Charles and Princess Kate.

Shortly after Charles’ cancer diagnosis, rumors started spiraling online about the Princess of Wales’ condition and whereabouts, forcing the royal’s hand and making her announce her diagnosis faster than she would have liked. (She has three young children, so one can understand why she was reluctant to announce it.)

Anyway, the year was not the best, but there’s always hope that the diseases, the stresses, the pains and sorrows of this year remain in this year as we cross over to a new one.
This is probably the message the Waleses want to invoke with their intimate Christmas message.

Prince William Amd Princess Kate Delete Christmas Message Moments After Uploading It

Fans were delighted to see Prince William and Kate Middleton’s Christmas message and card go live on December 19.

However, minutes after it was shared, the original post was deleted and replaced with a more zoomed in version, with the Wales family’s intimate hugs and smiles in sharper focus.

The animated card features falling snow, with the caption reading, “Wishing everyone a very happy Christmas.” The message on the card adds a “Happy New Year” as well.

Fans React To The Prince And Princess Of Wales’ Christmas Message

Fans positively responded to the Christmas card, with one writing a heartfelt message to express their joy, “This heartfelt Christmas message from the British Royal Family truly lights up the world!

Their wishes of love, peace, and hope beautifully reflect the true meaning of Christmas. Their grace and sincerity inspire us all during this special time. Sending my warmest Christmas wishes to them!”

A well-wisher from the US thanked them for using “Happy Christmas” instead of Happy Holidays. They wrote: “Your card speaks volumes of family and the true spirit of Christmas, love and spreading good cheer. Thank you for saying Happy Christmas instead of Holidays.

Though we say Merry Christmas here in the US. 😉😁 Wishing you and your families a fantastic Christmas. You all have so much to be thankful for.

You are in our thoughts and prayers as we soon go into a new year. May you continue to be blessed with continued healthiness, joy, and peace.

Hugs from Florida 🇺🇸 Thanky you for sharing your beautiful children with us. They are so polite, sweet and can’t leave out Orince Louis’ cheeky spirit. Simply precious!”
