Prince Harry Will Not Be Returning To UK With Kids After He Lost His Bid For Police Protection

After leaving the royal family and the country in 2020, Prince Harry was stripped of his security by the Home Office. This was apparently a huge blow to the Prince, who has so far tried several means to get it back, including suing the Home Office to court.

However, his latest attempt at securing armed police whenever he does visit the country has fallen through as well. And apparently he believes he won’t be able to touch base with his kids until this is resolved.

Prince Harry Reportedly “Very Upset” Over Judge’s Decision Not To Grant Him Police Protection

Harry is not happy that the high court denied his bid to get personal security in the UK. The Duke challenged the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (Ravec) over their decision to strip him of his security.

Whilst he readily maintains impressive security detail in the US, he argues that they won’t be knowledgeable enough to keep him protected on home soil, what with the “racists” and “extremists” – his words not mine.

In the aftermath of losing the case, Harry emotionally penned a letter to the UK court, asking them whether they’re prepared to take responsibility for the consequences of their decision.

“I think Prince Harry will be very upset by the outcome,” Royal expert Gertrude Daly of Gerts Royals told the Daily Star. “As far as what this affects, the Sussexes’ level of protection going forward will be the same they have had in the UK for the last few years.”

“So I don’t think this will affect Prince Harry’s upcoming working visits to the UK for the Invictus Games or other things,” Daly opined, adding that the decision it would affect is whether Harry would be prepared to bring his children to the UK anytime soon.

“The decision really affects how much personal time Prince Harry and his family spend in the UK. But again, this is just an excuse to keep the children away and justify their lives in California.”
