Let’s play a game. What does Prince William and Princess Kate have that Prince Harry wants?

On face level, he does want the same degree of protection that the Wales family enjoys, so much so he’s appealing the court judgement that granted in RAVEC’s favor over his security claims. But according to a pal, that’s not all William has that Harry wants.

It’s not news that Prince Harry has quite the controversial image these days. Spending multiple interviews, a docuseries and a memoir talking bad about your family can often do that to you.

Prince Harry Wants To Be Loved As Much As Prince William and Princess Kate

When Harry left the UK for America, he did so with a sense that he’ll be able to carve out a different path for himself than that which he was thrust upon by being a “spare” of the Royal Family.

One of the ways he hopes to do this is by proving that service is universal. This year alone, he’s done two tours with wife Meghan: one in Africa and one in South America. If you ask him, he’ll tell you he wants to do more.

However, during his tour of Colombia, fans quickly noticed that he didn’t look too ecstatic to be in the country, leading a royal expert to go as far as to claim that he mostly looked “glum” and “often struggled to raise a smile” during the short tour.

A close pal thinks they’ve found the explanation for this. “I think he misses being over here [in Britain] desperately and wants to be admired more. Anyone who knows him feels he’d rather be top of the pops here with everyone loving him, as they do with William and Kate,” the unnamed pal said.

Maybe he does, maybe he doesn’t. The sure thing is that Harry wants his children to be able to visit Britain and get to experience the beautiful cultures and values he grew up with.
