Prince Harry and Meghan Try Their Best To Rebrand Amid Search For New CEO

The Sussex brand is crumbling and they don’t know which way to fumble. At present, they want to keep calm and forge on, and possibly make “peace” with the Royal Family while they’re at it. At least that’s what an insider is claiming.

Meghan’s lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard may have launched in March, but products from it are yet to be on sale months down the line. It’s possible she’s looking to launch it together with her Netflix cooking show, and she’s already unveiled some of the brand’s offerings by sending some jams to friends and influencers.

Meghan Markle On the Lookout For A New CEO For Her Lifestyle Brand

According to a source, Meghan Markle is really passionate about her lifestyle brand and has put in a lot of work and effort into building it and making it a reality. This is why she’s keen to find someone who shares her vision and hopes to lead the company as its CEO.

However, it’s proving hard to find someone capable and qualified that will fill the position because Meghan has got a reputation for being “condescending” and talking down at people.

A source told Closer: “The brutal reality is Harry and Meghan are the toughest of taskmasters, they are very demanding and difficult to work for, and that puts a lot of people’s backs up.” This claim is backed up by several staffs who have left the Sussexes’ employ.

This is coming on the heels of the couple’s Chief of Staff Josh Kettler departing just three months into the job. His departure was also not a very convenient one for the Sussexes as they were days away from packing and heading out to their tour of Colombia. At the time, the couple put out a statement claiming that the departure was mutual.

Josh Kettler had joined the Sussexes on their brief tour of Nigeria and Harry on his latest trip to the UK, where the Prince attended an Invictus Games anniversary event at St Paul’s Cathedral.
