Prince George “Loves His Football” And Supports This Club According To Beloved UncleWhen it comes to football, you can find the Wales family especially sold on the sport, more so for Prince William and his oldest son Prince George.

It’s pretty obvious that the 11-year-old has a growing love for sports, with his father Prince William recently sharing that he loves scuba diving. Apart from sharing his dad’s passion for football, he also more or less inherited his passion for flying – taking to the skies for the first time aged 10.

Prince George Will Watch Football “Wherever He Is”

Mike Tindall and nephew Prince George are proud football fans and keen followers of the sport. In a new interview with The Telegraph, Mike Tindall, whose closeness with the Waleses has been widely documented, talked about sharing his love of football with his young nephew.

“George loves his football. I’ve played numerous times in the garden with him,” Mike, 45, told the outlet. “He’s passionate about [Premier League team] Aston Villa, too. Wherever he is, he’ll sit down and watch that game.”

The former rugby player also shared that George’s love for football goes in line with the family’s shared passion for sports. “They’re just a family who love sport. Catherine loves her running,” he said.

Speaking of Catherine, the Princess of Wales has always had a deep love for sports and is involved with several organizations that seek to enlighten people on the importance of sports in everyday life.

In fact, a few years back, the Princess played tennis with champ Emma Raducanu and managed to hold her own during the friendly game.

For years, Mike has been the host of the popular podcast ‘The Good, the Bad & the Rugby,’ alongside James Haskell and Alex Payne.

While he’s mostly talking about what’s going on in the world of rugby and sports in the podcast, he sometimes shares tidbits about his personal life, his family and his royal relations.

On Oct. 24, he will release his book ‘The Good, the Bad & the Rugby: Unleashed,’ which will focus on highlighting the thrills, the behind-the-scenes and the competitive spirit that comes with the game.
