Yasmin made a lot of sacrifices for Travis and he knew that he needed to step it up too. This meant getting help with his weight loss.

Travis had a lot of ups and downs while he was in Dr. Now’s care. By the end of his time on the show, he had lost over 238 pounds. This is one of the best weight loss stories in the history of My 600-Lb Life.

He is one of the few cast members to ever take accountability for his weight loss and gain and knew that he had to stay motivated.
