Meghan Markle has truly and verily dived into the world of influencer marketing. Obviously what she’s doing with American Riviera Orchard is way more advanced than that, but she’s ready and well on her way to selling goods that will make anyone’s life, mom or not, easy and great.
But to make her brand powerful, an expert has advised her to find A-list backing from the likes of Oprah Winfrey and George Clooney.
Meghan Markle’s Lifestyle Company Wants To Sell These Products, But Expert Says She Needs Help
Launched earlier this month with the logo and a vintage-style video, American Riviera Orchard will reportedly serve as a platform where Meghan Markle promotes and sells products such as scented oils, air fragrance reed diffusers, incense and non-medicated veterinary grooming preparations such as pet shampoo and conditioners.
Speaking on the newly launched company that aims to advertise and sell a range of products, including chicken feeds, Richard Fitzwilliams opined she needs to call in a favor from her A-list pals.
The royal commentator told The Sun: “The whole enterprise doesn’t sound to me like one that would be Hollywood A-list. But if she can get out to endorse the said products – George Clooney, perhaps Oprah then, that’s another thing.”
He added: ““I mean, she had Hollywood a Listers at the wedding. Now is the time to call on them. Now she’s launching this. If she gets a-listers to back her and back her publicly – I’d be very interested to see what happens.”
Insiders say the site will offer a wide range of products, from home, food, garden and lifestyle goods.
Meghan Markle Worked On American Riviera Orchard Idea For A Year Prior To Launch
Even though the company got a low-key launch from the Duchess, an insider said she’s worked on the concept for a long time.
The source said: “She’s been working on this for over a year and it’s all the things that are close to her heart — all the things she’s passionate about.”
The brand is reportedly meant to coincide with a cooking show she’s working on with Netflix.
“Meghan will be making, and selling, products such as jams. And at some point there will be a book and blog etc,” an insider claimed.
