Meghan Markle Sent This Secret Message To Princess Kate During Latest Outing

Meghan Markle is continuing to prove that “service is universal” with latest outing that saw her read to children in the hospital.

During the outing, she wore a flowery dress that paid tribute to her newly launched brand American Riviera Orchard and, according to a fashion expert, sent a message to her sister-in-law, Princess Kate, who was recently diagnosed with cancer.

We are still not completely out of that forest yet – but they’re moving past that. And apparently, Meghan’s clothing expertly conveys this.

Speaking to Fabulous, fashion editor Amber Graafland said: “The Royal Family are renowned for using their clothing to convey subtle messages. And Meghan has learned to be adept at using her clothes to shift perspectives.”

She added: “The Duchess was clearly sending a message with her floral ensemble.”

Meghan’s latest outing saw her rock a black face mask, a floral Oscar de la Renta shirt dress with long cuffed sleeves, and a delicate £595 Aquazzura ankle strap flats. She paired the look with hair that was parted in the middle and natural makeup.

At the event, the 42-year-old former actress read and sang for the sick kids.

“Synonymous with purity, optimism and friendship, flowers represent growth and bloom,” she said, adding, “And rather poignantly, flowers symbolise forgiveness. Could Meghan be extending an olive branch to sister in-law Kate?”

“As the Duchess embarks on an exciting new chapter in her life it looks like she is keen to put past events behind her and write a new, fresh new script. There is no doubt that Meghan is keen to put events of the past few years behind her.”
