Meghan Markle Reportedly Wants Princess Kate’s Fame And Title

The fab four may be no more, but the comparisons between are yet to cease. Even though it’s been nearly four years since Prince Harry and Meghan stepped down from their posts as senior members of the Royal Family, people still believe that there’s rivalry between the Sussexes and the Waleses. Could there be any truth in that?

Tom Bower Claims Meghan Markle Is Jealous Of The Princess Of Wales’ Success

When “Endgame” dropped, no one could say that Omid Scobie, a close ally to the Sussexes, is fond of the Princess of Wales.

His book portrayed her as a living model of the Royal Family’s gigantic pr system, with Scobie going as far as to call her “lazy” and “enigmatic.”

However, Kate’s millions of fans don’t see it that way and the Princess has continued to grow and rise in public approval.

“Kate is glowing, Kate is successful, Kate is popular – everything that Meghan wanted. Meghan wants to be the Queen – and she doesn’t want to be five in the succession [with Harry],” royal author Tom Bower told Closer Magazine.

The Royal Author then opined that Meghan came into the family with the belief she would be allowed to do things her way, especially because she viewed herself a success without the brightness of Prince Harry.

This did not work out, because, as Tom Bower said, the “royal” way is the only way to do things within the Royal Family.

Despite the fact that Harry and Meghan sailed on multi-million dollar deals almost immediately they left the UK, the rich well of deals have obviously settled down. Now, Meghan Markle’s scrambling to close deals with fashion and beauty brands.

He said: “Meghan could never trump Kate – absolutely not at all. Everything she tries undermines her status and instead of going back to the privacy she said she needed – and why she had to leave Britain – every time she steps out into the spotlight, she loses a bit more. She just cannot win.”

Speaking of winning, a Meghan Markle source believes that the Duchess could snag more deals if she successfully relaunches her The Tig blog.

There’s also rumors she could make a grand return to acting in the form of “Suits.”
