Meghan Markle Accused of Being ‘Condescending’ By Former Staffers

Meghan Markle is on the lookout for a CEO that will lead her lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard into safer and very profitable waters. However, with their track record of overworking staff, royal experts think it’s going to be hard for them to find a capable replacement.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Named “Toughest Taskmasters”

Judging from the words of their former staffers, going to work for the Sussexes is not for the faint hearted. Since joining the royal family, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have lost over a dozen staff members.

Earlier this month, the couple parted ways with their Chief of Staff Josh Kettler in a surprising move. While they rushed to claim that the departure was a mutual thing, many are speculating that there’s more to the muddy waters than meets the eyes.

A source told Closer: “The brutal reality is Harry and Meghan are the toughest of taskmasters, they are very demanding and difficult to work for, and that puts a lot of people’s backs up.”

Not every boss is easy to work for, and it’s starting to seem that Harry and Meghan fit the not so easy boss description.

In ‘Spare,’ Harry praised his wife as a thoughtful person who visited staff when they were sick and was always considerate.

He alleged Meghan “checked on staff who were ill, sent baskets of food or flowers or goodies to anyone struggling, depressed, off sick.” Sadly, this picture doesn’t always match reality, or even the experience of former staff members.

Weighing in on the couple’s employment record, Schofield said: “I do think that they’re going to continue to have a hard time finding people that want to work underneath them. I’m intimidated just thinking about it. A source also told Closer magazine that Harry and Meghan are ‘pretty tough’.”
