‘MBFFL’ Fans Mock Whitney Way Thore Over Extreme Athlete

My Big Fat Fabulous Life, (MBFFL) fans see that in the current season of the TLC show, the manhunt for Whitney Way Thore is on again.

Complaining that she is 40 and in a “mid-life crisis” her frantic efforts to get a man bring her a lot of mockery on social media. Now she’s convinced she needs to marry an extreme athlete she never met.   

Whitney Way Thore Seems Too Desperate

Once upon a time, the TLC show brought a woman who was larger than average and who loved to dance and work out.

She had a bunch of friends and they all had a lot of fun. However, as the storylines ran out, the show mainly focused on the increasingly desperate hunt for a man to marry her.  

Chase Severino was thought to be a genuine suitor, but replacing him with an anonymous French Tutor just about did in the believability levels for My Big Fat Fabulous Life fans. On social media, the never-ending hunt for a man spills over into the show, and MBFFL viewers have started to mock her desperation. 

MBFFL Fans Mock Whitney Over Extreme Athlete 

On Monday, Access Hollywood posted an exclusive teaser for My Big Fat Fabulous Life on YouTube. In it, Whitney told her brother Hunter and his girlfriend that she went online and found an extreme athlete.

The daredevil guy got her all hot and bothered, so she slid into his DMs and suggested they should marry. He flirted a bit, and she decided she had found the man to walk her down the aisle. She said:

I know that sounds insane, but you also know we all do it. Everyone does it. We all have the feeling sometimes. 

Well, judging by the comments on YouTube few people find a stranger on social media and instantly decide they want to marry them before meeting them. Even 90 Day Fiance stars seem to wait a bit longer than Whitney Way Thore before packing their bags. Here are a few mocking comments directed at the TLC star:

• How on earth do you “have that feeling” with someone YOU HAVE NEVER MET?
• No, Whitney, we don’t all do it!! Only you do.
• She finds these “men”for RATINGS!
• She needs to stop [creating] fake relationships for her ratings. Also, for someone who wants to be accepted for her size, she also needs to accept others. She only goes for skinny guys who are unattainable…
• They will hire another actor to be her “boyfriend”. So annoying.
• No you are insane I’m sorry!
