Love After Lockup spoilers reveals that during the show’s latest episode, Kim came out about the many ways that she has helped her man, Joey while serving time in prison. Kim and Joey have been together the entire time he has been in prison and she has done a lot for him. Love After Lockup – Kim Takes Care of Joey

Kim opened up a lot in the last episode of Love After Lockup about how she has been taking care of Joey while he has been incarcerated. Kim wants to be with him once he is out, but it has been pretty taxing on her.

She told the cameras that she has spent thousands of dollars on him while he has been serving his time in prison. Of course, this is pretty common for those who are with a partner in prison though.

What has Kim spent money on though? She admitted that she has spent about $15,000 on Joey while he has been in prison. That is just on their phone calls. She added that these cost her about $200 a week.

A 15-minute phone call to him in the North Carolina prison costs about $3. These have been adding up since they began dating. When the costs got added up, it looked as if they had 60 15-minute chats a week!

Love After Lockup – What Kim Spends Money On

Kim added, “We probably go through $200 a week just on the telephone. And the care, and the clothes, and the shoes. I mean, he’s gotten himself in trouble a couple of times in there and I’ve sent money to those people.” Kim has wanted to spend this money on Joey or else, would she still be with him?

Joey will be in jail for a bit longer and Kim is a little nervous about what happens when he gets out. He has always had issues with substance abuse, so it could be a disaster for the two of them when he gets out.
