Love After Lockup spoilers reveal that Chance Pitt has finally been charged with felonies after he was arrested yet again. He was arrested back in December of 2023 after being part of a horrible car crash. Not only that, but he allegedly stole a car to get away from the scene of the crime. The charges were released this week and are as follows, “Tampering with a motor vehicle in the first degree, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage exceeding $1,000, fraudulent use of credit device, and making a false affidavit to mislead a public servant.” With these charges, his fans have grown curious about what he is facing now.

If he ends up going back to jail for these charges, it appears that he will have to serve at least five more years in jail. However, he is still on parole for two robbery convictions in the past.

This happened in 2014 and was sentenced to 10 to 12 years then. He served these sentences back-to-back and it does seem as if he will be going back to jail.

On December 18, 2023, Chance was driving his truck when he hit a semi. He ran a stop sign and then pulled into four lanes of traffic. This caused the crash. The tractor-trailer turned and was carrying gas.

The fuel leaked all over the highway and caused a dangerous scene. There is video footage of Chance running from the scene of the crime on foot.

Not only did he cause this crash, but he stole another car from a hospital that was close by. When he noticed that the car was low on fuel, he used a woman’s credit card to fill it up. He also bought cigarettes and a soda. There is video footage of him at the gas station as well.

The likelihood of Chance getting out of these charges is very unlikely. With all of the video footage of him, it is clear that he committed these crimes. We will keep an eye on anything that changes in this case.
