Storms left the NBC soap for five years. She became a mainstay in General Hospital with the role of Maxie Jones.

Kirsten Storms found a new passion in her life. According to a report via Soap Hub, Storms appeared on Daily Drama, which was hosted by her co-stars Bradford Anderson and Steve Burton. They brought up Storms’ love of crocheting. She often shows off her masterpieces on social media.
She also shares the patterns so her followers can make their own creations. Storms joked that her daughter, Harper, has more sweaters than she needs.

“I purchased by a website name, I bought tabs. But so much goes into making them that I think I need time to stock up on a bunch of sweaters,” Storms revealed.
Steve Burton supports Storms’ new role. He suggested that she should start with “custom orders.” He encouraged their listeners to contact Storms on social media to snag a sweater.
“I think I’m going to listen to groupings of colors they can select from and then they’ll pick the colors that they want, but then I decide the placement because it’s kind of haphazardly done,” Kirsten Storms said.
