King Charles Saw Prince William As the “More Stable, Risk-Free” Version Of Prince Harry

Oy, just as everyone was starting to think the royal beef was nearing its end, King Charles and Prince Harry’s relationship sinks to new lows.

According to sources, Charles stopped picking Harry’s calls after the 39-year-old kept pestering him over upgrading his and his family’s security in the UK.

In a recent interview, royal biographer Tom Quinn talked about the monarch’s relationship with his younger son and where it might all have started going wrong.

Expert Claims Prince Harry Is Becoming Increasingly Volatile

Prince Harry really wants his family to have 24/7 taxpayer-funded security whenever they visit the UK, and he believes the only person that can easily make it happen is his father King Charles.
As a result of this conviction, he has been disturbing his father over it, so much so that the elderly monarch no longer wants to pick his calls.

This, anyone can expect, has taken their relationship to new lows, just as royal watchers were expecting the father and son to bond over Charles’ cancer diagnosis.

Speaking on the issue, author of ‘Scandals of the Royal Palaces: An Intimate Memoir of Royals Behaving Badly,’ Tom Quinn, told the Mirror, “Harry’s real beef is that he is convinced Charles always preferred William anyway and not just because William is the heir.”

Quinn continued, “Harry’s difficulties when he was a teenager and his increasing volatility as an adult terrified Charles who turned to the far more stable, risk-free William.”

As heir to the throne, Charles felt William would be more comfortable keeping to the rules than Harry.

“Charles increasingly saw William as a safe pair of hands and Harry as too emotionally unstable,” Quinn explained. “Deep down Harry knows this and he deeply resents it.”

In his bestselling memoir ‘Spare,’ Harry recalled feeling like he was born to be a spare organ donor to big brother Prince William.

He also often recounted the special treatments William would get, like the bacon at breakfast or even the size and location of the rooms they were given as youngsters.
