King Charles is the man and the moment during his tour of Australia, which he undertook alongside wife Queen Camill
Apart from getting to know more about the people of Australia and the causes that matter most to them, he was also showered with lots of love.
Forget the Republican government, King Charles and Queen Camilla were very much warmly received by the people and it was happiness all around.
While Charles, 75, engaged in a lot of activities in the Land Down Under, he, however, refused to do this one fun thing.

Yes, we know that King Charles is not only a cool monarch, but a cool 75-year-old as well. But… this jolly activity may just be too cool for him.
What jolly activity I’m I referring to? Surfing, and maybe even swimming. I mean, who goes to Australia and doesn’t try to get wet (no, I do not mean this in a Sabrina Carpenter ‘Nonsense’ outro kind of way).
When a Melbourne man asked the King whether surfing and swimming was on the agenda, the King warmly replied, “if I was a younger man.” This question was reportedly posed to the monarch outside of a Sydney church.
While the King may not want to hit the waves – as they say – you know who else is busy doing so? Prince Harry.
The royal kind of went viral when a clip shared on Instagram by surfing legend Raimana Van Bastolaer saw him mastering the waves at the Kelly Slater Surf Ranch in California.
This kind of led fans to draw comparisons to his older brother Prince William’s surfing moments from during his college days.
Clad in a black bodysuit, Harry was seen braving the waves, and while it was obvious that he wasn’t a pro, he did try his best to manuever his board right to ride the waves in style – sort of.
“In tahiti, we still call you Prince harry but at surfranch, it’s my brother. It was an honor to have you surf with me,” Raimana captioned the clip, tagging multiple locations and people to get traction for the post.
Perhaps, at 40, Harry is doing his best to reconnect with the fun and fiery side of himself that he rarely displays these days once more. Or maybe surfing was on the bucket list.
