Joan Vassos Golden Bachelorette: Is Kelsey Anderson’s Dad The One?

Golden Bachelorette Joan Vassos is well known to Bachelor Nation fans because she self-eliminated from Gerry Turner’s season of The Golden Bachelor. Kelsey Anderson’s dad, Mark is also familiar to ABC viewers because he is Bachelor Joey Graziadei’s future father-in-law. Now that Mark is confirmed to be a contestant for Joan Vassos, is he likely to be the one for her?

Gerry Turner owned a food franchise before his retirement, and the first Golden Bachelorette seemed to get along with him. Well, there is a contestant involved in the food industry vying for her heart. He is Jack, a caterer, 68 from Chicago, Illinois. 

Joan Vassos works as a private school administrator. So, if the ABC star’s not into foodies these days, there are a couple of people she might click with from the education sector. They include Gregg who is a Retired University Vice President aged 64. Then there is Gil from California who described himself as an “educator.”

Is Mark The One For Joan?

Kelsey Anderson’s dad is an Army veteran. He’s younger than The Golden Bachelorette lead by four years. Notable facts include that he likes the movie, “Elf.” Is that enough to catch the attention of a school administrator who once acted as an extra in the 1985 movie St. Elmo’s Fire? After all, she had career ambitions in front of the camera when she was younger. And, the competition includes Bill, a retired videographer.

The reason why Mark might not be in the running with Joan Vassos could be due to some contestants from the medical field: Bob, a chiropractor from California, and Guy, an emergency room doctor from Nevada. Many of the others seem better suited to Golden Bachelor winner, Theresa Nist. According to Bachelor Nation, they include:

The Remnants Seem Random

Others seem really random and might give Kelsey Anderson’s dad some unexpected competition for Joan Vassos. They include Thomas, a firefighter, Pascal a salon owner, and Retired UN Agency Director. Pablo. Retired Navy Captain Kim is under the random career list, as is sales director, Keith and Shipping Consultant Jonathan. Not to mention the rancher, David, and contractor, Christopher.
