Sister Wives fans saw that Janelle Brown and her daughter, Maddie Brown Brush went off hunting for land in Montana. Later, they settled on a patch of ground in North Carolina, and notably, she didn’t use Kody Brown’s money. It is going to be a flower farm, but TLC fans wonder how likely is it that the venture will succeed.
Janelle Brown’s TAEDA Farms Sounds Exciting
Sister Wives fans became very excited when they heard about TAEDA Farms. Some of them hoped that in time, they could visit the place and select their own cut flowers. And, it turned out that maybe in a year or two, they will be able to do that. In the meantime, Maddie Brown Brush, her husband Caleb, and her mom are busy beavering away making beds and planting.
Someone else who seemed excited about Janelle Brown and Maddie Brown Brush starting their flower farm was Gwendlyn Brown who gave it a shoutout. More information suggested that Janelle will sell the flowers, and Caleb will help out with the actual farming. But, some TLC fans wonder if it will ever amount to anything
Questions About The Sister Wives Star’s Track Record
As much as TLC fans love Kody’s former second wife, some of them know that there’s a track record of failures or incomplete dreams behind her. So, on Reddit this weekend, aptly named u/FacetheFactsBlair wondered how long the farm would last.
Janelle Brown, the Sister Wives fan noted, seldom finishes anything. They went on to say, in part:
In all the years we have been watching Sister wives, I have yet to see Janelle follow through on anything – or Maddie for that matter, which begs the question of what kind of longevity to expect with a business spearheaded by the two of them. Have we ever seen Janelle complete anything ? She moves from place to place, never unpacks her boxes or seems like she can finish anything that she starts. And I don’t think I’ve ever seen her with fresh flowers, ever.
The TLC fan also talked about how Maddie Brown Brush never completed her education so she could marry Caleb and welcome three kids in quick succession. Plus, another one is on the way. So, they doubted that Janelle Brown’s daughter would make “the business…her first priority.”
TLC Fans Discuss The Success or Failure
In the comments section, a lot of people hoped that the flower farm project would work out, but they agreed that they would need professional help. Here are some thoughts on TEADA:
- As far as I can tell the land has to be cleared before they can even start attempting to design this farm. So I don’t know. I agree that [it] looks doubtful based on past experience. On the other hand, she’s not distracted by Kody anymore…I hope they hire people to help because its going to be a ton of work to manage a farm/business that size.
- She really needs business advice. I help to run a garden centre and while it’s not the same thing its similar and they can be really complicated.
- I feel… the unpacking of boxes and shifting around with careers could be a symptom of depression. She seems to have renewed excitement about life and I wish her much happiness and success.
- As much as Janelle likes to claim to be the financially minded one, we’ve never actually seen evidence of this on the show. However, I have hope that the questionable decisons she’s made over the years are mostly because she wanted to please Kody and that without that baggage around her neck she can actually make sound decisions and be successful. I’m rooting for her!
What are your thoughts on the possible success or failure of Janelle Brown’s new flower farm? Do you think it might not work out given a historic record of not completing projects? Sound off in the comments below, and come back here often for all your Sister Wives news, updates, and spoilers.
