Janelle Brown Finds Buyer For Garrison’s Home

Sister Wives fans expressed their broken hearts when the son of Janelle Brown, Garrison Brown passed away in March this year, and now, TLC fans found out that his home in FIagstaff found a buyer. Read on for more details.

TLC Star Janelle Brown Was Proud Of Garrison’s Home 

Sister Wives fans saw that Garrison Brown first refurbished an old trailer, and his mom was proud of his determination to have his own digs. That came around about the time he and his dad Kody Brown clashed over the coronavirus rules. Later, Garrison purchased his first real home and made his mom proud.

Janelle Brown adored her son who loved photography, cats, hiking, and his friends. The military son certainly enjoyed making things, and his home seemed unique in the way he did the interior decorating. When he passed away, the home was left to his mom, and the Sister Wives star decided to list it on the market.

Janelle Brown Has Found A Buyer 

Sister Wives fans know that Garrison’s mom relocated to North Carolina. And, although she loved Flagstaff, moving into her late son’s home wasn’t something she considered. So, selling the home with painful memories must be a relief for her. Possibly, it helps to close a painful chapter in her life. 

TLC fans know that Janelle Brown has some experience in selling homes. But, it must have hurt to list Garrison Brown’s residence. However, The Sun reports that she got a buyer although she dropped her asking price slightly. The outlet noted that the price was adjusted down by about $25K. Listed for $425K, it sold for $399K.

The home that sold “under contract” this month was briefly seen on the reality TV show. At one stage, both Gwendlyn and Gabe Brown, Garrison’s siblings considered moving in with him. But at the time of his death, his friends were staying with him. However, the tragic side of it is that Gabe discovered his brother’s body. 

A Closed Chapter 

While the sale of the home seems to be the closing of a chapter for the Sister Wives family, Janelle Brown will probably never forget how proud her boy was to achieve his dream of owning his own home. Certainly, fans of the show will probably never forget the young man with so much potential.
