How Prince Harry And Meghan Markle May Be Divided Over Upcoming Christmas Plans

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle seem to be consciously uncoupling their joint charitable enterprises, with Harry carrying out solo charity campaigns in different countries, while Meghan proceeds with her own missions.

However, that may not be the only thing the couple may be divisive about, as the editor-in-chief of Majesty Magazine believes there could be some loggerheads as to where the family will spend their upcoming Christmas holidays.

Expert Weighs In On Harry and Meghan’s UK Christmas Invite

Following Harry’s visit to the UK to attend the funeral of his uncle Lord Robert Fellowes, reports surfaced claiming that Harry and his family have been extended an invite to stay at Althorp House this coming Christmas. If this takes place, it would be Lilibet’s first Christmas in the UK.

Editor-in-chief of Majesty Magazine Ingrid Seward told Fabulous: “I think the Duchess of Sussex’s views on coming back to the UK are probably pretty negative. I don’t imagine you would want to come back to a country where you are so universally disliked,” he said.

However, before they make the decision to do so, there are many huddles they must cross, including security concerns. “And also there’s the problem of the security which is still not solved, and Harry says he won’t bring his wife and children back here until he feels that he is in a secure position.”

“I do think that Harry and Meghan have a dilemma with their family life, because the children are getting older, and the children are probably absolutely intrigued to know what their cousins are like. They wouldn’t remember them. And I think that maybe an invitation from Charles Spencer might be attractive, and they would meet other cousins.”

Speaking on what the Sussexes’ decision could be regarding where to spend Christmas, Seward opined that “hunkering down in California” with their two kids is more their style.

At the moment, Harry reportedly extended his solo charity outings by a few days more than he is due to return. While there have been speculations about the couple’s marriage being on a rocky cliff, insiders have denied them, saying they remain in love as ever.
