GH Wild Speculation: Esme’s Secret Twin Show Up At Memorial Service!

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that while most of Port Charles will be on hand for Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Chavez) memorial service this week.

As viewers know, Nicholas went overboard while protecting Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) from Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).

Esme was also presumed dead after the altercation which took place in Paris. Esme will also have a service around the same time as Spencer, but who will be there to mourn. Let’s take a look.

General Hospital Spoilers – Heather Webber could find a way out of Pentonville!

Esme’s mother, Heather Webber (Alley Mills) is currently serving time at Pentonville for several crimes including the recent “hook” murders.

Heather had previously been confined in various mental hospitals prior to this but she always seems to find a way to come and go as she pleased in secret. It may be more difficult for her to do that in prison, but if anyone could find a way to move inside and out of Pentonville, it would be Heather.

It’s also possible Heather petitioned the court for special permission to attend her daughter’s memorial service.

GH Service – Does Esme Prince have a secret twin?

Viewers may remember a cryptic conversation between Heather and the now deceased Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) during the time they were both being held at Spring Ridge. The conversation alluded to the fact that Heather may have had twins by Ryan.

Since Ryan himself is a twin, it could certainly be possible. Viewers might expect that if Heather had twins that they were both girls, but what if that isn’t the case. Could Esme have a twin brother out there unknown to everyone but Heather?

General Hospital Spoilers – A son for Heather Webber?

Despite being the child of Heather and Ryan, what if Esme’s twin actually wanted to be a good person and make up for what his family has done. He could blame them for Spencer’s death and befriend Trina hoping to console her in her time of grief. No one in Port Charles would likely give the young boy a chance if they knew his parentage, so maybe he will try to keep his parentage a secret. One has to wonder how Heather would react to that!
