GH Spoilers: Will Robert Scorpio Be Open To Accepting Cody Bell Into The Family Fold?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers note that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) finally came clean to Mac Scorpio (John J. York) this week and told him the truth about being his biological son.

Mac didn’t take the news so well and has essentially closed the door to a relationship. Will his brother Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) agree with this move?

GH spoilers hint that both Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) seem open to welcoming Cody into the family.

They understand Mac’s apprehension, but as Maxie knows Cody and has seen how great he is with James West (Gary James Fuller) firsthand, there’s nothing she’d love more than to see the two men form a bond.

Plus, Felicia and Maxie were in Port Charles when Cody put his life on the line to save Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).

A grifter would not have gone through the extreme lengthens Bell did to save Sasha from the facility she was in and Dr. Damian Montague “Dr. Monty” (Darin Toonder). This proved what an incredible person and friend Cody is and could be.

Maxie and Felicia will likely go to bat for Cody, but will they be able to get through to Mac?

GH Spoilers – The Robert Scorpio Factor

Robert is Mac’s brother, thus Cody’s uncle, and while the character is a fan favorite, he’s fiercely protective of his family and loved ones.

Robert has been known to make things difficult for even the nicest of people in Port Charles if he believes they could or would hurt someone he cares about.

Robert will likely be just as skeptical of Cody as Mac, perhaps more so. Will he become a factor in Mac accepting Cody?

Could he deter his brother from opening up his heart to Mr. Bell? While Maxie and Felicia could be the voice of reason, Robert may be on the other side of Mac, encouraging him to keep his walls up.
