GH Spoilers: Will Lucy Use Natalia To Cozy Back Up To Marty?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) was taken aback to hear Martin ‘Marty’ Grey (Michael E. Knight) tell her he wasn’t interested in spending any time with her.

Stunned to even see him in town and hoping there was a good reason as to why he hadn’t altered her to his return, she sat at the Metro Court bar baffled, as though she doesn’t recall that she more or less cheated on the guy with Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner).

But the more chummy things get between Lucy and Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue), the more she may see that as her in-road to get close to Marty.

Rumor has it Natalia may end up burned by Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and ready to turn on him — at least in the form of venting to her new pal, Lucy.

Would we be surprised if Lucy leverages what she learns from Natalia about Sonny’s private life to help Marty in his quest to get Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) out of prison?

Natalia was already feeling pretty uneasy about witnessing Sonny and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) sharing a dinner for two at the Metro Court.

Oysters and champagne didn’t seem like the typical dining experience for a couple of exes, but even more so for these two exes in particular. She was under the impression that they co-parented for Donna Corinthos’ (Scarlett Spears) sake, but that was the extent of it.

Pushing the envelope and asking for more information, Sonny gave her a vague response about how he and Carly sometimes drift back together.

While she seemed content with that response, it’s not likely to appease her for long as things heat up between Sonny and Carly — even if only for appearance’s sake.

GH Spoilers – Leak – Lucy Ramirez Lends An Ear

Lucy is going to be all ears when she realizes Natalia is questioning what’s really going on between Sonny and Carly. She didn’t get a chance to fill Natalia in on the whole history of their on-again-off-again marital saga before Sonny interrupted them.

Perhaps looping her in on all the gory details will leave Natalia feeling she can trust Lucy — which some might view as a grave mistake.

Regardless, should Natalia get her hopes up about her relationship with Sonny, Lucy may take that as a sign that he’s definitely putting on a show with Carly.

It is hardly beyond Lucy to intentionally let the truth slip when she thinks it may end up serving her well. All she wants is to get back into Marty’s good graces. As he faces resistance getting the truth out of Carly, having Lucy come through for him in such a major way could push him to reconsider how he feels about her.
