GH Spoilers: Who Will Stand By TJ, Molly, And Kristina As They Go To War Over An Unborn Child?

General Hospital spoilers reveal TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and Molly Lansing Davis (Kristen Vaganos) have settled their debts with one another.

Agreeing not to engage in any more explosive fights, Molly leveled with TJ and told him she too is worried that Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi) may not have what it takes to part ways with the baby she is carrying once he or she is born.

At the same time, Kristina is signaling such concerns are valid with every passing day as she bounces the idea of co-parenting off of Alison ‘Blaze’ Ramirez (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).

If Kristina does try to keep the baby for herself, will it be up to TJ to fight for the visitation rights to his — and Molly’s — child? If so, who is going to be up for taking this case?

General Hospital Spoilers — Molly’s Connections Feel Fierce

In the state of New York, the would-be parents who commission a surrogacy have no rights to the child until the baby is born and the surrogate signs the adoption paperwork.

With no legal documents in place that even touch on how this is to be worked out, everyone just assumed nearly nine months ago that there would be no issue as long as a baby was on their way.

Well, everyone was wrong. Everyone except Alexis, that is. If Kristina has to battle TJ and Molly in court, she may be concerned that Molly — being the Assistant District Attorney — could give her an advantage when it comes to fighting this case in the court. Is she right?

GH Spoilers Hint Diane Warned Alexis About This

Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) calmed her friend Alexis down instantly as she panicked over how she would possibly take sides if something like this were to transpire between her daughters. Diane reminded Alexis that there was no way she could take a side, legally.

She needed to be careful not to offer up any solutions, opinions, or otherwise in the legal vein — because any favor that might lend to one daughter could upset the apple cart with the other.

She was likely right, and when Molly finds out Alexis has been even mildly supporting Kristina and aware of her potential plans to keep the baby, it’s not going to go over well.

General Hospital Spoilers — Mommy is Caught in the Middle

Molly may feel that her mom would bring the strongest case for her in court, but just because her mom has compassion for her doesn’t mean she does not have any for Kristina.

Being torn between both of her daughters is going to be the trickiest position Alexis has been stuck in since, and she’ll have no way to rectify the situation when Molly learns that her mom knew this might happen and said nothing to her.
