GH Spoilers: Who Will Be By Lulu’s Side When She Wakes Up?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers leak Lulu Falconeri (Alexa Havins) is expected to wake up from a four-year-long coma this month.

The moment we’ve all been waiting for is on the horizon, but it’s anyone’s guess how complicated matters get when she comes to. Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) are due to receive some surprising news this coming week.

It could be that Lulu’s brain activity is improving. Maybe she moves. Maybe she makes a noise or has some kind of reaction that hasn’t been the norm for her these past four years.

Would the doctors give them that kind of hope prematurely? Either way, it sounds like her liver numbers are improving and Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) death was not for nothing — though not everyone will feel that way about it. So, who are we betting will be there when she opens her eyes?

General Hospital Spoilers — Lucky Guy

Lucky has traveled an awfully long way to be with his sister. Initially coming home from Africa in hopes of helping to save her life, he was devastated when he learned that his liver wasn’t up to snuff because of a parasite in his body that he must have picked up on his travels.

Now, we haven’t seen too much of him since Sam was discovered as Lulu’s donor. Lucky was immensely grateful, but he and Sam don’t have the tidiest past and he has been steering clear of the latest disaster to befall Sam’s family in the wake of her death. But that doesn’t mean he’s not standing vigil by his sister’s bedside.

GH Spoilers – Claim Laura Collins Makes The Most Sense

If the hospital gives Laura any indication that Lulu might come out of this coma soon, we can expect she will be there night and day waiting for the very moment that it happens. Her recent visit with her daughter spurred a difficult and stern conversation — as one-sided as it was.

Laura is eager for Lulu to wake up and make sense out of Sam’s tragic death. Comparing them to one another and emphasizing the lengths Sam went — losing her own life — to breathe it back into Lulu, Laura is clearly appealing to emotion in hopes that Lulu hears her and wakes up — in the most literal and philosophical of senses.

Perhaps seeing her daughter open her eyes is just the heartwarming moment we’re waiting for and in need of in the wake of Sam’s death.

That being said, Laura and Lulu have a very special relationship that we can’t wait to see flourish all over again. Lulu will have to accept the reality that she has missed out on four years, and it’ll hit hard when she sees how big her children are.

But four years was a long time for Dante to be able to move on with his life, too, and now the life he built with Sam has been lost. Will he be the one to tell Lulu what happened with Sam and that her death is ultimately the reason she is back?

Will this drive a wedge between them before we ever get a chance to see them come back together again? Surely, the grief is far too raw right now for Dante to think about loving Lulu again. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers just ahead.
