General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) seems to have a secret with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) that we never knew anything about. In fact, we still know very little about it.

But these two were hinting around the truth that they never wanted to come out. Now wouldn’t be the time.

It would not only disrupt the lives of Rocco Falconeri (Finn Francis Carr) and Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez), but for Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) — Brook Lynn’s husband and Chase’s partner on the police force.

Chase has no idea that his wife is already a mother. But it’s also possible that Dante also doesn’t know he had a child with Brook Lynn all those years ago when Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) paid her to break up his relationship with Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan).

It’s possible that Brook Lynn told him she had taken care of it when really, she gave that child up for adoption.

If that child is Giovanni ‘Gio’ Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), they’re all in for a world of trouble when the truth comes out and Dante realizes Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has always known the truth.

Brook Lynn may or may not know the truth about the baby she gave up for adoption. We still don’t know. While it seems like Dante and Brook Lynn are both aware of a secret lurking in their past, they haven’t openly discussed it.

If it is a pregnancy, it’s entirely possible that Dante thinks Brook Lynn terminated it. But what if she didn’t? What if she pretended to and gave that child up for adoption with everyone’s support but Dante’s?

When Brook Lynn headed back to Bensonhurst to take control of her music career on the heels of having tried to destroy Dante’s life with Lulu, she may or may not have already known she was pregnant.

Either way, when Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) found out, we can bet she was on Team Brook Lynn, no matter the consequences. It’s likely that she looped Sonny into the drama and they concocted a plan together to keep Dante out of it. But why? We can’t wait to find out.

If anyone is more committed to being in his children’s lives no matter what the cost, it’s Sonny. He should have known better than to shield Dante from the truth about his first child being born some 18 years ago, but he instead chose to take matters into his own hands.

Financing Gio’s care and education was the least he felt he could do, and Lois and Brook Lynn have been forever grateful for it. But Sonny isn’t going to score brownie points with Dante when he finds out his pops allowed him to be absent from his son’s entire upbringing.
