General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of May 20, 2024 are here! Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is conflicted.

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) tries stonewalling Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) goes to court. Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) makes a bold move.

General Hospital Spoilers – Alexis Davis’ Court Day

GH spoilers for the week of May 20 reveal that Alexis and Diane Miller (Carolyn Henessy) are gearing up to go to court. Alexis is hopeful that the judge will rule in her favor and reverse the legal disbarment.

Alexis has the support of Diane, so their chances might be pretty good. There could be some last-minute complications, though.

GH Spoilers – Anna Devane’s Threat

During the week of May 20, Anna goes to the hospital to confront Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure). Brennan is hospitalized but Anna knows what is really going on. Anna makes it crystal clear to Brennan that he’s not harmless and she knows it. 

General Hospital Spoilers  – Dex Heller’s Difficult Decision

General Hospital spoilers for the week of May 20 reveal that Dex will be forced to make a difficult decision. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) lost control at Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) wedding.

Sonny beat up Dex pretty badly until Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) intervened. As Jason restrained Sonny, Dex stumbled off. 

Now, fans know that a bloody Dex runs smack into Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). Of course, Josslyn ushers Dex out of Sonny’s reach. Perhaps this is what Gio’s move is all about. Fans are assuming that Gio and Joss might have a fling.

While that could happen, it seems more likely that Gio helps Joss with Dex. After all, Gio and Dex did have a friendly chat about military service. We don’t know Gio well, but he seems like a decent enough guy.

GH Spoilers – Week Of May 20, 2024

Sonny is horrified by some kind of situation. Could this be about Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi)?

In a preview clip, Alison “Blaze” Rogers-Ramirez (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) finds Kristina sobbing on the floor, in the same place where Sonny threatened to put bullets in Dex as well as Jason’s heads.

Later in the week, Kristina begs Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) has a heart-to-heart with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton).

Sonny asks Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) for help. Ava Jerome (Maura West) learns key information. 

As for Carly, she stonewalls Anna. Portia feels conflicted. Also, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) offer their support to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott).
