James West (Gary James Fuller) has Halloween questions, Dante and Rocco Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna, Finn Francis Carr) have a father-son talk, and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) hears engagement news.
At Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) house, little cowboy James has questions about what Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) is going as for Halloween.
James is probably expecting his favorite uncle to take him trick or treating, but he’s obviously in no shape-he looks like he’s drunk again!
Maxie tells James that it looks like Cody is going as someone who made a big mistake last night!
Cody still looks like he’s either drunk or perhaps has a huge hangover, but his face is one of inebriation! Either way, he’s likely not going anywhere and will need to sleep it off first.

Rocco and Dante are together, and having a father-son talk-he tells him it looks like he and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) are getting married.
After some convincing of Sam, who was still woozy from anesthesia, Sam finally said yes and took the ring, which he put on her finger.
Sam had told him it was okay if he wasn’t completely over Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) who may not even wake up from her coma.
At this point both procedures appear to have been successful, both Lulu’s and Sam’s-would Rocco accept Sam as his stepmom for real?
She’s been his unofficial stepmom for quite some time now, as Dante and she have been living together as husband and wife with her kids for a couple of years.

Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) is in an obviously used bed, sitting in a white robe after going to the Brown Dog Bar to knock down some vodka with rocks!
She’s talking to someone, possibly also in a white robe, and she’s telling that someone neither of them planned on “this” happening. Exactly what the “this” is, is pretty obvious although the “someone” is not.
Michael Corinthos (temporarily Robert Adamson) stormed out of the Quartermaine mansion after finding out Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) kissed Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) on July 4th. Might that be Sasha’s ex-fiancé Michael who spent the night with her?
In the meantime, a perturbed Willow answers the door to an unexpected and obviously unwelcome visitor, asking them why would they come here?
Drew will give reassurance to someone-he should be giving reassurance to his daughter Emily “Scout” Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) at the hospital, even though Sam came out of surgery fine.

But there’s a good possibility he’s there to talk to Willow, but what can he reassure her of-is his reassurance that he’ll stay away from her when he’s there?
He could have made a phone call instead of showing up in person, but he saw how upset she was when Michael stormed out and left!
In the meantime, Drew’s daughter Scout is with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) who’s doing Uncle Daddy duty with her, as he also talks to his own son, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn).
They’re all standing in front of an elevator at GH, as Jason tells them their mother is one of the bravest people he knows. Might they be getting ready to give Sam a post-op visit, they will have to wait their turn.
Alexis has beaten them to it and is visiting her daughter in her hospital recovery room. They may be talking for quite a while.

As Dante was telling Rocco the engagement news elsewhere, Alexis is hearing it from Sam now-no doubt Sam flashes the ring at her mother.
She tells her “you put it together, it just fits”. Dante and Sam have created together the perfect blended family, and now the plans are to make it official.
According to Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) Sam should only be in the hospital a week or two before she can be released to go home.
However, something will also happen that will alarm Alexis-is the Cassadine curse striking again, but this time striking Cassadines?
