Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has curious questions, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is tempted, and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington) have angry words.

Curious Questions

Carly is with Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) at the Metro Court, it looks like they’re near the pool as they chat and have drinks.

Carly has curious questions about Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and tells Lois she doesn’t understand why Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) never mentioned him. 

Sonny acts like Gio is like another kid of his or a nephew to say the least-although Gio’s not old enough to have been conceived during Sonny’s Bensonshurst days.

Will Lois be able to answer Carly’s questions about Gio? Will we find out Gio and Sonny’s connection?

Gio Opens Up To Josslyn Jacks

After Lois offered him a job playing with a famous string quartet in New York City, Gio opens up to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).

He tells her that he may have overstayed his welcome-is he considering taking the job Lois offered, as he didn’t seem real excited about it.

He mentioned it would be different if he were still in the city, meaning New York City and the Bensonhurst area.

It may be a good opportunity that could lead to more, but it’s only filling in for an injured quartet member-it’s nowhere near a permanent position!

Not The Answer Hoped For?

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was talking to Sonny in the Crimson Office but told him she’d testify he is an exemplary father when he asked her to testify for him.

This was referring to the child custody case Ava Jerome (Maura West) filed for sole custody of Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola).

So who might she be talking to when she tells them she’ll tell them she’ll testify against them-it must be Ava!

Nina has learned her lesson about trusting Ava, all she did was pretend to be her friend and then stabbed her in the back.

This certainly wouldn’t be the answer she hoped for, if Ava also has asked for Nina to testify about her being a good mother!

Lover’s Temptation

Anna is tempted to take her lover Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) up on his plea to go with him and Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) on the run.

Valentin is in tears as Anna emotionally asks him why did he risk it all for Pikeman?

Valentin had taken over the leadership of Pikeman from Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) when he was arrested, but apparently was way more involved in it all along for years than he’d claimed.

Anna confessed she turned him into the FBI and has given him a chance to take Charlotte and escape, but it seems he can’t let go of her.

Can she let go of him, or will she go on the run along with him-his only other option would be to testify against Pikeman and go into witness protection.

Natalia Rogers-Ramirez Voices Her Remorse

Natalia Rogers-Ramirez (Eva LaRue) shows up at Sonny’s immediately after leaving Ava’s place where they had a minor showdown.

He asks her, “You want me to be the go-between”? Who might she be referring to that she wants him to be the go-between with-perhaps their daughters, or maybe Ava?

Sonny doesn’t seem shocked or incredulous so perhaps she’s asking him to help her make amends with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez).

The point is she’s sorry for what she did or at least she claims to be-or is she just sorry she got caught by Ava’s recording made public?

GH Spoilers: Angry Words

Back at Jason’s office, he’s finally let an impatient Jagger in-and the topic of conversation must be Ava, unless Jason’s throwing Anna under the bus!

Jason is angry as he tells Jagger he’d think twice before believing anything that woman has to say! But if Jason’s talking about Anna he was mad at her for not turning over Valentin’s satellite phone.

He may be giving her a little more time to do what she said she needed to do-but his warning would fit Ava to a tee!
