GH Spoilers Wednesday, January 31: Opportunities, Threats, And Danger!

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Wednesday, January 31 tease opportunities, threats, and danger!

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) talks opportunities, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) makes threats, and there’s danger on Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) island!

General Hospital Spoilers – Opportunities

Carly is putting on her best salesman act to a skeptical Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) who has her reservations.

Carly tells Tracy it’s an opportunity you can’t afford to miss, but Tracy is clearly not convinced. Since Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has put Carly in a position she’s not comfortable in, perhaps she’s trying to sell Crimson Magazine to Tracy.

Carly may figure since Tracy bought into Deception Cosmetics, owning Crimson or at least part of it might be a good fit. Tracy will take a lot of convincing.

GH Spoilers – Threats

Esme has managed to get into Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) stateroom on the French riverboat.

Esme is desperate and has nothing to lose as she tells Spencer this is what’s going to happen if you don’t do as I say.

She may have Trina bound with duct tape and be threatening her with a large syringe by the time Spencer gets back to the stateroom from going out for a snack.

Spencer discovered the trail of blood where Esme knocked out the ship’s employee with a fire extinguisher and likely headed back to the stateroom right away to a horrible sight.

General Hospital Spoilers – Business Meeting

It looks like there’s a business meeting going on at Deception Cosmetics as Sasha Gilmore, (Sofia Mattsson) Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) sit together.

Someone is talking as Maxie asks how favorable are we talking-it sounds like a state of the business meeting, the kind with the latest sales figures and sales projections.

Hopefully it’s good news, because when Tracy was interfering and the Deceptor lawsuit was going on they lost a lot of money.

If the company is back in the black, it will certainly be a big load off of Maxie’s mind, at least at work. She’s still struggling some with finances at home.

GH Spoilers – Lois Cerullo Confronts Olivia Quartermaine

Meanwhile, downstairs at the Metro Court bar Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) confronts Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) over their recent falling out.

Lois tells an obviously stubborn Olivia if she left it up to her, they may never speak again! The big falling out came when Lois opened her mouth and blew up the worlds and relationships of several people Olivia is close to.

Now Michael and Willow Corinthos (Chad Duell, Katelyn MacMullen) and Sonny and Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) are all on the outs thanks to Lois busting Nina for the SEC report. Olivia had begged her not to spill the tea but Lois felt Sonny had a right to know Nina was a traitor!

General Hospital Spoilers – Nina Reeves Corinthos Answers Questions

It looks like there are all kinds of questions for Nina as to why she’s no longer the editor at Crimson Magazine.

However, she’s still half owner of the Metro Court and it looks like she’s answering questions in the Metro Court office. She looks like she’s losing patience with the questions and doesn’t have a lot to say-on the record.

As a matter of fact, she tells the questioners that’s all she has to say on the record. But might she insinuate more off the record?

GH Spoilers – Danger!

Sonny thought he, Ava Jerome, (Maura West) Avery Jerome-Corinthos, (Ava and Grace Scarola) and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) would be safe on Sonny’s island.

But in spite of increasing security, a guard was down and now there’s a gun battle going on between Dex and others!

Sonny and Ava are dodging bullets and ducking under tables, and where’s Avery, who they just got done talking to? Ava is frightened because of the violence and obviously not knowing if their little girl is okay!
