GH Spoilers Wednesday, January 24: Worried Mom, Jealous Ex, Suspicious Grandson

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Wednesday, January 24 tease a worried mom, a jealous ex, and a suspicious grandson.

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is worried, Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) is jealous, and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) is suspicious.

General Hospital Spoilers – Worried Mom

Even though Portia seems to have given her blessing to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) to go to Paris with Spencer, she’s obviously still worried.

She asks Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) if it wouldn’t be better if she went to Paris without him.

Portia seems to have changed her tune since Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) had a positive response to a pin prick test of his foot-parts are numb but parts are not.

Portia’s feelings about Spencer seem to be a lot like Curtis’ pin prick responses. She’s clearly got mixed feelings, trying to be positive but still feeling negative.

GH Spoilers – Worried Dad

It looks like Curtis might have some worries of his own as he prepares to throw a bon voyage party for Trina and Spencer.

Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) and he are at the Savoy, where a statuette of the Eiffel Tower can plainly be seen behind Curtis-Marshall tells Curtis something’s got him on edge.

He may be worried about Trina going to Paris as well, although he’s not likely as worried about Spencer as Portia is.

Curtis may be more concerned about what’s next for him after he felt a pin prick his foot, although he was willing to accept a less than perfect outcome. He also may be wondering about the progress on finding the Metro Court sniper.

General Hospital Spoilers – Jealous Ex

Spinelli is clearly jealous as he runs after Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) outside of Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) house.

He accuses him of being interested in Maxie, and tells him he knows what he’s doing and it’s not going to work.

What Cody has been doing is likely much more related to his so far secret knowledge that Mac Scorpio (John J. York) is his birth father, and being family.

Cody has been very helpful to Maxie and has been visiting her kids quite a bit, since he knows she’s really his stepsister and they’re his step nephew and step nieces.

But even though there are a couple of people who know the truth, he’s still not ready to admit he deceived his birth father and his family about their paternity test.

GH Spoilers – Kristina Corinthos-Davis Finds Out Her Pregnancy Test Results

It looks like Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) is at TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Kristen Vaganos) house and Molly’s very impatient.

Kristina has gotten her pregnancy test results and Molly tells her if it’s too much, tell her, and she’ll back off.

Both Kristina and Molly are well aware that sometimes fertilization doesn’t happen the first time they try to create a baby in a surrogate.

It’s a lot different than when the embryo is created and implanted in the surrogate mother, and Kristina may have to be artificially inseminated again. As the saying goes, if they don’t succeed at first, they’ll try, try again.

General Hospital Spoilers – Suspicious Grandson

Spencer talks to his grandmother, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) about Esme Prince, (Avery Kristen Pohl) and tells her she’s got to know Esme is planning something.

Spencer’s super suspicious after seeing Esme freak out when he told her himself he gave Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay) to Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss).

Spencer could tell Esme had gotten her memories back which he knew would make her more dangerous, that’s why he sent Ace with their father.

Laura understands that now even though she still feels giving Ace to Nikolas at the risk of making himself an accessory to parental kidnapping was a poor choice. But she understands the fear of the old Esme returning along with her memories.

GH Spoilers – Kevin Collins Gets Through To Esme Prince

In the meantime, Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) is talking to Esme, and feels he’s getting through to her.

He tells a nervous Esme that he wouldn’t underestimate what Laura is willing to do for her family; but is Esme really listening or not? Esme doesn’t know that Laura and Kevin now know that she’s gotten her full memory back although she told Laura she’d had flashes.

That’s why she broke into Wyndemere, to see if she could make sense of the flashes of memory. Spencer is correct in his suspicions, however-she is planning something.

General Hospital Spoilers – Heather Webber Opens Up

At the prison, Heather Webber (Alley Mills) opens up to Laura, who’s gone there for a visit-likely to advise her their mutual grandson is with Nikolas.

Laura scoffs, wanting to know how on earth would she know that-implying Heather responds she already knows the baby’s been kidnapped by Nikolas.

Laura will be able to deduce fairly quickly that Esme must have been to visit her birth mother as well.

Laura should definitely take Spencer’s suspicions to heart and keep a close eye on Esme. Esme will do anything to get her son back, and she does mean anything!
