General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Wednesday, February 7 tease unwelcome guests, grieving girlfriends, and emergency room visits.
Ava Jerome (Maura West) tells a guest they’re not welcome, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is a grieving girlfriend and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) thinks his father needs an emergency room visit.
Ava is at the church for Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) funeral and tells someone they’re not welcome there.
More than likely she’s addressing Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) who could mention he’s grieving both Spencer and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).
That would definitely set Ava off and she wouldn’t want someone who’s grieving Esme within a continent of Spencer’s funeral! Who else could it be?
Meanwhile, poor Trina is so swallowed up by her grief for Spencer she tells her parents she’s not going to PCU or anywhere else.

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) can tell she wouldn’t be able to focus on studies and needs time to grieve.
Trina certainly won’t be able to handle her study opportunity at the Sorbonne in Paris, because if they hadn’t gone to Paris, Spencer wouldn’t be dead. Studying in Paris would only make her grief impossible to bear.
Elsewhere, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) take a step towards reconciliation.
Michael looks at Willow and asks “what is your secret, Nurse Corinthos?” No one could blame her for needing some space from her husband with what she found out on New Year’s Eve along with everyone else.
They may be taking a step towards reconciling, but for Willow, it’s bound to be a baby step. After finding out about that side of Michael, she’ll take things very slow.

Cyrus is now with his sister Laura Collins (Genie Francis) who he tells he wasn’t expecting that level of hostility, likely being the unwelcome guest Ava spoke to.
Cyrus wants to pay his respects to his great-nephew and possibly to Esme too, although she’s not being included in the funeral.
Someone probably should set up a funeral for Esme too since she is also presumed dead, but Spencer’s is not the time and the place. If it weren’t for her, neither she or Spencer would be presumed dead.

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has questions as he’s asking someone what they’re not telling him. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will be conflicted, so it may be him who Sonny is talking to.
Dante might be concerned that the FBI has come to town looking for Sonny, remembering that seventy-two hour hold they had on him previously.
Dante has always been in a precarious position as a cop and the son of a mobster. It has put him between a rock and a hard place many, many times.
Finn and Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) appear to be sitting on a bench in the cemetery where Spencer’s funeral is when Greg appears to clutch his chest.
Finn notices something and tells him like it or not, he’s going to the hospital. But Greg will probably try to talk him out of it, since he wants to be at the funeral to support Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
Spencer’s presumed death has really hit her hard, as it has all of his family and friends.
