General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Wednesday, December 18 tease conditional agreements, telling secrets and inappropriate visits.
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) has one condition, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is urged to tell a secret, and Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) makes an inappropriate visit.
A surprise visitor arrives at the Baldwin house, and he has a bag packed so he’ll be there a few days at least-it’s Cameron Webber (William Lipton) who’s been away at college.
He says the crowd’s not hanging around their front door as he surprises Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson).
Lucky may just be hanging around for a while and staying there since he’s concerned about Elizabeth and the danger at GH.
Lucky hasn’t seen Cameron since he was a kid, when he dropped Jake Webber (Hudson West) off after rescuing him from Cassadine Island. Cameron’s a good bit older and most likely wiser than when he left-just wait till his brothers see him and he sees them!
Curtis confers with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) about the deal they made to handle Drew and his scheming. Curtis says he’s got one condition, take it or leave it.
The game has changed up just a little bit, however since that nanny cam was shown at the Quartermaine Christmas party unintentionally.
That little “boo boo” by Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) turned the whole situation inside out and everyone’s upset. One issue is that now they don’t have leverage over Drew, because that video was the leverage!
Elsewhere, Ava Jerome (Maura West) has gone to Nina, to ask her for a favor-but, at the same time, she urges her to tell a secret.
It sounds like Nina perhaps does know where Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) is, but she may be protecting her and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
Ava apparently has figured it out, and she’s telling her to tell Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) before it’s too late!
There’s a good possibility that the “Cassadines” who took Ava’s divorce settlement back is probably Valentin, who took the money and closed the accounts in Zurich.
How much does Nina know and why is she keeping it a secret from Lulu, unless it’s because she’s protecting Valentin from being caught?

As for Drew, he’s tracked Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) down at work at the hospital and gets up close and personal with her.
Willow seems to be taken aback and uncomfortable as he tells her being with her meant something to him.
Drew’s acting like he wants a long-term thing and Willow may have just been giving into passion, which she now regrets.
How is this inappropriate visit going to end up-will they use an empty hospital bed and lock the door?

In the meantime, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is blaming herself and in tears, pouring her heart out to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) who tries to support her.
Josslyn is talking about Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) as she cries that she’s the reason he became a cop, and she’s the reason he’s dead!
Trina no doubt can relate, since it’s been nearly a year since Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) died, saving her from Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).
Trina will no doubt tell Josslyn it’s not her fault Dex was killed, and she realizes it’s not her fault that Spencer died either.
His death was unexpected and suspicious just like Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) was but it may take a while to catch the culprit!

At the Corinthos coffee warehouse, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) are talking.
Carly is still upset with Drew for trying to steal Michael’s wife and the affair that’s been taking place. Carly has figured out now that Michael knew what was going on and had confided it in Jason and that’s why he practically put out Drew’s lights with a punch!
Carly tells Jason he had his shot at Drew, now let her have hers! Carly is livid as she wants some kind of revenge on the man who dumped her as soon as Jason returned!
