GH Spoilers: Two Child Custody Battles Spark Family Drama All Over Town

General Hospital Spoilers: Two Child Custody Battles Spark Family Drama All Over TownGeneral Hospital (GH) spoilers hint the soap is ramping up for not one, but two major child custody battles that would create some sticky situations for families in Port Charles.

General Hospital Spoilers – Hamilton Finn Versus Chase/Brook Lynn Versus Elizabeth?

GH spoilers suggest that there are huge custody red flags where Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) is concerned.

Off the cusp of his father’s death, he has hit the bottle hard, and both Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) want to help him get clean and sober by taking Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) off his hands for the summer so he can focus on his sobriety.

They also want to protect their niece from any potential trauma linked to her dad’s drinking. Still, Finn refused the offer and has been hostile to his brother for suggesting it.

Even Finn’s former gal pal, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) presented the same idea to him and was rejected.

The important thing that fans need to remember about Liz is that she also happens to be the biological aunt to Violet, so could she get involved in this custody battle to some degree?

Then there’s also the idea that something terrible happens to Finn, which leaves Liz and Chase/BLQ fighting for the right to raise their niece.

Fans have been buzzing about the potential for a Finn exit, due to a drunk driving accident, so it’ll be interesting to see what happens as the weeks and months progress.

GH Spoilers – Surrogate Kristina Corinthos-Davis Takes Matters Into Her Own Hands

Across town, GH spoilers indicate there also could be trouble in paradise where the Davis sisters are concerned.

Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) not only donated her egg but is also acting as a surrogate for TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos).

There have been teases of a custody battle, as it’s constantly being dropped within scenes that New York state law gives Kristina the right to keep the baby after it is born. This doesn’t mean that TJ doesn’t have rights.

However, with Molly and her domestic partner not on the same page as of late, and fighting like cats and dogs, Kristina may make the executive decision to “protect” the baby after it’s born by “keeping” it. So, will she have a custody suit on her hands when everything is said and done?

Do you think the little town should brace itself for not one, but two custody battles?!
