Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) issues a final warning, Ava Jerome (Maura West) tries to cover up her tracks, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) says someone’s got a target on their back!

Final Warnings

After the scandal the Invader published blew up Maxie’s phone, Maxie must make a decision for the good of the company.

Horrible publicity like Adrian DeWitt’s (Dieterich Gray) scandal piece could cause the whole company to tank! After reading the article and possibly listening to the audio, it’s damage control 911!

Maxie tells Natalia Rogers-Ramirez (Eva LaRue) and Alison Rogers aka Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) they need to get with the program, or kick rocks! Neither mother or daughter looks real pleased with Maxie’s warning, and it’s definitely final.

Blaze Is Livid

Still in the Deception offices with Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) in the background in shock, Blaze is livid and she lets loose!

She shouts “tell us how you REALLY feel” as what is happening is obviously an affront. Later, Blaze will be crushed and it might be because Maxie stays true to her warning; as for her mother, Natalia is in the hot seat!

It sounds like both of them are still in the hot seat and Blaze’s outburst isn’t helping them.

Cover-Ups

On the phone, Ava is frantically trying to cover up her tracks as she tells the caller “We can’t risk anybody seeing you come to my door”!

Just exactly who might she be talking to-Scott Baldwin’s (Kin Shriner) at Deception and Adrian is with Alexis at the Metro Court pool! Is she plotting with someone else behind the scenes?

A Poolside Confrontation

In the meantime, back to the Metro Court pool and Alexis is giving Adrian the dressing down of his life.

She’s making promises, not threats, as she tells him she’ll just make the whole thing go away! Now that Alexis is a lawyer again, she could slap a gag order across his face so fast it would make his head spin.

The scandal sheet type article disparages her daughter Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) as well as Natalia and Blaze.

Has The Damage Already Been Done?

Kristina has a heart-to-heart talk with her mother, the second one in two days-she seems in shock as she says someone won’t even let her through their front doors!

The scandalous article spread like wildfire through the internet-has it already done its damage to Kristina?

Back at his office in Pozzulo’s, Sonny will meet with Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) who’ll advise Sonny of the scandal sheet going around in the Invader.

He’ll become frustrated and angry, and even though he’s calm now he says “that means they have a target on their back”.

Has he already seen the article at this point or is he referring to someone else to someone else? Of course, there’s always the possibility that he’s talking about Ava, given her threats at the pool earlier!
