GH Spoilers: Trina Fired! Ava Blames Protege’ After Stunning Betrayal

General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that Ava Jerome (Maura West) has always been able to count on Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) to be in her corner. A few years back, Trina approached Ava with her desire to intern with Ava at her gallery.

Although she was a bit hesitant at first, Ava came to rely on Trina as her assistant. They also became close on a personal level, with Ava almost considering her a daughter. Ava had already lost Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) when Ryan Chamberlain (John Lindstrom) killed her.

When Heather Webber aka “The Hook” (Alley Mills) started killing Trina’s support system, Ava was her first victim. Luckily, she was found by Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) who kept Ava alive until paramedics could arrive.

On the other hand, Trina has defended Ava rigorously, even to her one true love Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez). It seemed as if nothing could lessen their strong bond.

In recent months, Ava has changed for the worse. She even asked Trina to help her find dirt on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard), even suggesting that she pump her best friend, Josslyn, for information.

She also witnessed John Cates (Adam Harrington) coming out of Ava’s bathroom, indicating that Ava had been intimate with the FBI Agent.

Finally, when Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) crashed out of Ava’s window down several stories into the Metro Court pool, Trina witnessed Ava looking down at the pool, then close the curtains.

Trina told the cops about seeing Ava close the curtains, which conflicted with Ava’s retelling of the event. This led Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) to arrest Ava on two counts of attempted murder since Kristina is pregnant.

Once learns it was Trina who told the cops what she saw, she will likely accuse her young protégé of betrayal, and may even terminate her employment at the gallery.

Ava should be careful, because Trina still knows that Cates and Ava have been intimate which will make even more problems for Ava!
