General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Thursday, April 25 tease concerns, worries, and confrontations.

Ava Jerome (Maura West) shares her concerns, TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) their worries, and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has a confrontation.

Ava’s Concerns

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) helps Laura Collins (Genie Francis) with Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay) and Ava has concerns.

Trina’s not letting go of her grief over Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Ava fears Ace is her crutch.

She tells Laura that spending time with Ace is Trina’s way of clinging to the past; Laura looks concerned but perhaps not buying it.

After all, Spencer was her grandson too, and she and Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) adopted Ace since his father Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) will likely be in prison a long time. Laura and Kevin don’t seem to have a problem with Trina helping out with Ace, why should Ava?

TJ And Molly’s Worries

At home, TJ and Molly are worried about Kristina Corinthos-Davis’ (Kate Mansi) recent actions.

Any amount of stress could be harmful for the baby she’s carrying for them, and Kristina is stressing about a lot of things.

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is one of them, and she was really stressed out after an altercation with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) at Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) bridal bash.

TJ and Molly lost one baby with their last surrogate, and it’s a concern that they could lose this one-Molly tells TJ this one is not their problem, it’s all Kristina’s.

Another Hate Sex Hookup On The Horizon?

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) shows up at Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) office and she seems to be making some inappropriate moves!

She looks him in the eye and insinuates, “You and I really are made for each other!” Could another hookup be on the horizon for Nina and Drew, now that Nina signed the divorce papers and realized Ava’s been trying to get into Sonny’s pants?

Might Nina be trying to get into Drew’s pants again? She has that kind of vibe going on!

Kristina Worries About Sonny To Carly Spencer

Elsewhere in the Metro Court, Kristina worries about Sonny to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and has some questions.

She was very upset about what Josslyn revealed about Sonny ordering Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) to kill Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) in the hospital. Carly tells her there’s certain questions she’s not going to like the answers to.

Unfortunately, the allegations are true-Dex even confessed it to Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) although Carly may not know about that part.

Jason’s Confrontation

It looks like Jason has come to Sonny’s place to confront him, and he tells Sonny he doesn’t know what he thinks about him, but he has a bigger problem!

Everyone who knows Sonny can tell he’s off-Jason already suspected he’s off his meds, but Sonny’s been taking them faithfully.

Jason promised Josslyn he’d protect Dex, but he’s in an awkward position-he knows Sonny doesn’t trust him either.

Jason is supposed to be acting like bait to draw out Pikeman, and knows Pikeman is behind the attacks on Sonny and the takedowns of others.

Will Jason admit what he’s been doing as a forced FBI informant to Sonny-will he tell him the truth?
