GH Spoilers: The Liver Transplant Kills Sam — And Danny Turns Dark in Retaliation Against Dante, Charlotte, And Rocco

General Hospital (GH) spoilers leak Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) is a match for Lulu Falconeri (Alexa Havins).

She can potentially save her life if all checks out with her lab work. There’s just one caveat. She doesn’t want Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) to know.

Don’t ask us how she’s going to hide such a major decision from him, but Sam is prepared to put her life and well-being on the line to save Dante’s ex-wife and heal her man’s breaking heart.

Of course, we know Sam is slated to die this fall, and it seems most likely that this will be how it all goes down. Ouch, we know!

In the wake of Sam’s death in trade for Lulu’s life, we can expect people won’t take it well — especially Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn). Will Danny embrace his dangerous side, courtesy of Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), and turn on Dante and his children to avenge his mother’s death?

For the last year, we’ve heard many complaints and concerns from Sam about her son. She has worried that he may be a bit too much like his adrenaline-seeking father, Jason.

Maybe those concerns weren’t unfounded after all, but Danny could be a much more reckless version of Jason than Sam ever knew.

It’s possible that Danny’s desire won’t be to chase danger, but to inflict it upon those who have broken his heart by costing him his mother. Will he vow to make Dante, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Francis Carr), and Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) pay for taking Sam away?

 It’s possible that Danny might even extend his reach beyond just Dante or Lulu’s children. Will Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) end up in danger because she pushed for this transplant to save her daughter’s life?

Will Danny seek out anyone who loves Lulu and seek to make sure they suffer the way he feels he is — even though it was Sam’s decision to enter into this situation and take on the risks it imposed?

Surely, she never thought she would suffer any side effects or leave her children behind, or she wouldn’t have done it — which is also why she wouldn’t want Dante to know and try to convince her not to do it.

GH Spoilers —Jason Morgan Won’t Be Able To Stop This

Everyone may end up baffled by the string of incidents that occur as Danny starts to target people close to Lulu, but we can just about bet we know who will figure out who is lurking behind these attacks — Jason.

Will he take matters into his own hands to get Danny to back off? Will he feel it’s completely out of his control? Will anyone understand if Jason makes him tell the truth and confess?
