GH Spoilers: Steve Burton Announces Jason Morgan’s First Official Airdate In PC

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest fans are gearing up for Jason Morgan’s return.

The soap announced in early January that actor Steve Burton would reprise his infamous Stone Cold character, and viewers have been eagerly anticipating when Jason Morgan would officially be back in the land of Port Charles. Now, an official airdate has been announced.

GH spoilers note that fans should set their DVRs to Monday, March 4, as after two years, Jason Morgan will finally be back on the soap.

Burton appeared on the Daily Drama Podcast YouTube channel to confirm the date and talk about his return. Steve notes that he’s officially back on the set, and he states Jason’s story is going to be “sick” and “awesome”.

He also adds that fans should keep watching as the pieces of this storyline puzzle are going to come together for his return, before his official airdate.

While no additional details have been provided, fans need to stay tuned to the soap opera, and keep Monday, March 4 on the calendar for Jason’s return. Looks like his comeback is set to bring bombshells and explosive moments.

Steve entered the soap in 1991, entering the role of “Jason Quartermaine”; however, after a car accident, the character transitioned into “Jason Morgan”, Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) sidekick and a henchman with a heart of gold.

The actor first exited GH in 2012, jumping into Genoa City and playing Dylan MaVoy on Young and the Restless (Y&R) from 213-2017.

Steve would leave the Y&R to return to GH later in 2017, and once again left in November 2021 due to the daytime drama’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Now that the policy is scrapped, he’s making a major comeback, and viewers couldn’t be happier to see him return.
