GH Spoilers: Sonny’s Worst Fears-What If Dante Never Wakes Up?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) worst fears are eating away at him, and it’s something he can’t control; what if his son never wakes up?

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) remains stable, but in a coma, and Ava Jerome (Maura West) tries comforting him to no avail, though she relates strongly to the death of a child.

General Hospital Spoilers – All He Would Have Left Is His Three Daughters And Adopted Son

If Dante were to die, or never wake up from his coma, all Sonny would have is three daughters and an adopted son, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).

This comes on the heels of losing his nephew, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) whose body has never been found.

Nothing was ever found of Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) after an explosion either-if Sonny knew how involved Ava was in his death she’d be in danger!

Even though it was her sister who set the bomb planted in their brother’s car, which exploded when Morgan tried to steal it, he was off his bipolar meds. That was because of Ava, who’d switched them with placebos in a twisted revenge plot.

GH Spoilers – Things Changed After Kiki Jerome Was Murdered

For Ava, things, and Ava changed after Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) was murdered by Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom).

Now she is a much more compassionate and less vengeful person, able to better relate to Sonny’s losses and fears of loss; she’s even been holding back her own desires.

She’d promised to help Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) get Sonny back, even though Ava wants Sonny, she realizes he needs to see her loyalty.

Sonny feels betrayed by pretty much everyone among his friends, family and a few formerly close to him in his organization, and he trusts her, but she wants to keep it that way.

She remains supportive, comforting and open if he wants to talk about his fears and feelings of betrayal by others.

General Hospital Spoilers – Irreconcilable Betrayals

Sonny can’t get past the image of Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and another man with a sniper’s rifle on the roof of Selina Wu’s (Lydia Look) warehouse.

He can’t reconcile the evidence, which seems obvious, that Jason is the one who’s been trying to kill him and Selina and killed Ava’s sister.

If he wasn’t the “dead man named Stone” for “Stone Cold”, why didn’t he come back after he escaped Cassadine Island, even if he’d had to recover for months from injuries?

Sonny also has to consider that attack at the island-Jason himself set up that security system and would know it! Now he faces losing Dante too, and because of Jason’s betrayal-there’s no other answer!
