GH Spoilers: Sonny Rebuffs Dante-Sonny’s Big Mistake?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will rebuff his son Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and it may turn out to be a big mistake! Dante is one of a team trying to find out who’s been picking off mob bosses one by one and be able to protect his father.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Is Pushing Everyone Away

Sonny’s pushing everyone away, so laser focused on who the traitor in his organization is that he doesn’t trust anyone, including those in his own family.

He’s already been told that he’s just one of several mob bosses being taken down, but the betrayals by Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) hit hard.

Sonny frankly is spiraling, and acts like he might even be off his bipolar meds, but when Dante tries to help he rebuffs him.

Dante has always been in a difficult position being a cop while being the oldest son-and the only living natural son-of a mobster.

One would think that blood might be thicker than the water of an adopted Quartermaine son, but Sonny is in a bad way.

GH Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Won’t Let Dante Falconeri Ask Questions

Sonny is really being difficult-not letting Dante ask questions about what happened at the island either on or off the books; he doesn’t want to have to get a warrant.

Technically, the island, since it is off Puerto Rico would be out of Dante and the PCPD’s jurisdiction, but on the other hand Port Charles citizens were targeted.

It would be the same situation as when Dante and Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) went to talk to Maggie Fitzgerald (Heather Olt) in Canada-a joint investigation.

Sonny only trusts a precious few people, and wants to handle this his way-and the cops need to stay out of it, which isn’t something Dante wants to hear.

Sonny’s way off base and out of kilter, he thinks he can trust someone like Selina Wu (Lydia Look) to find the mob boss murderer?

Dante tries to tell him about what happened to Olivia Jerome (Tonja Walker) an execution style murder on the prison transport, and whoever killed her is after him!

Dante’s not telling Sonny anything he doesn’t already know-Ava Jerome (Maura West) already told him and he knows about the set of guns stolen from the WSB.

Sonny doesn’t really care if his competition’s being taken out-saves him the trouble, although all that’s left of the Five Families in Port Charles is him and Selina.

Dante can’t get his father to cooperate and much less to trust him, and that means Sonny’s a danger to himself!
