GH Spoilers: Scott Gets Heather A New Trial

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) may have set in motion a chain of events that could lead to disaster.

As viewers know, Heather Webber (Alley Mills) has committed several murders in the last several years, including those she committed under the alias of “The Hook”.

Heather was eventually caught and sentenced to Pentonville for a very long time. But during a visit to General Hospital, stunning information about Heather’s behavior came to light.

General Hospital Spoilers – Heather Webber Has Cobalt Poisoning

Years ago, Heather had a hip replacement but the hip itself was faulty and leaked cobalt into her system. Heather’s darkest impulses may have been the result of this faulty medical procedure.

When Laura first heard about this, she was determined to have Heather’s legal conviction looked at again, this time with her new diagnosis included as evidence.

Laura’s plan caught the attention of several Port Charles residents, including Portia Robinson (Brooke Kerr) who vowed that Heather would never go free. Portia has good reason for wanting Heather to remain behind bars.

GH Spoilers – Heather Webber Targeted Trina Robinson

While she was the Hook, Heather went after everyone who befriended or supported Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). Several people died including Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) was also attacked more than once. Trina and her family were certainly relieved when Heather went to jail, seemingly for several years.

That was a relief to the families of all of Heather’s victims. People like Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Leisl O’Brecht (Kathleen Gati) were happy that justice was finally done.

General Hospital Spoilers – Scott Baldwin Scores A Win!

Although Laura eventually let it go, Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) decided to fight for Heather, who also happens to be his ex. Scott is confident he can get Heather’s sentence vacated which means for better or worse, Heather will likely go free.

That’s not all, Scott has convinced Heather to sue the manufacturer of the faulty hip, which means Heather could score a huge windfall.

This will only anger Port Charles residents like Portia and others who suffered because of Heather’s actions. And they could be right to worry. There’s no guarantee that Heather isn’t still as dangerous as ever.
