GH Spoilers: Sam’s Plea For Help Goes Unnoticed By Carly, But Sonny Will Perceive A Threat

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) just might go out with a bang. She’s pulling punches without any regard for how the dust might settle around her.

Boldly asking Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) to go against Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in order to save Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) was asking too much. Carly is never going to ruin the father of her children and have him thrown behind bars.

Besides, Alexis dug this hole for herself. She lied to the police and made herself and her daughter, Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi), look worse in the process. Is this going to be the last straw for Carly and Sam?

General Hospital Spoilers — Things Are Already Tense

Sam just might feel like Carly owes her in some way. After all, the whole reason Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) decided to comply with the FBI and pretend to be dead for nearly three years was because he was protecting Carly from the ramifications of her own bad decisions.

Of course, it’s unrealistic to expect Carly to pay it forward on debt she never asked to incur that she wasn’t happy Jason took upon himself. But that doesn’t mean Carly doesn’t feel some sense of obligation deep down to make things right.

Sam was right about how Carly might feel if it were her own children she was trying to protect. Carly absolutely gets what Alexis is going through by trying to keep Kristina out of jail.

But Kristina is an adult, and she doesn’t need her father around in the same way that Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) and Avery Corinthos (Grace Scarola) do.

They are where Carly’s loyalty lies — not with Sam, and certainly not with Alexis, who has made her own bed and gets to lie in it now.

Molly Lansing Davis (Kristen Vaganos) took it upon herself to meet with Martin ‘Marty’ Grey (Michael E. Knight) and coax him into looking in another direction. Carly and Sonny are as thick as thieves, but Molly suspects Carly is ultimately the weak link that could crack this case wide open.

By putting pressure on Carly and making it look like she may have been the person who pulled the trigger, it could force Sonny to stand up for his baby mama — even if he won’t for the other one, Alexis.

Sam could pile on and go after Carly as well, and with Jason out of town, she’s free to do it. In the end, will Sam be silenced to keep Carly safe — and will pull Jason pull that trigger? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers just ahead.
