Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) has been playing both Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

While there are people in Port Charles who know about Drew sleeping with Nina and others are aware of his one-nighter with Willow – he’s the only one who knows he’s slept with both mother and daughter. Could the secret come out during Thanksgiving dinner?

GH spoilers remind fans that while Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) attempted to literally knock some sense into Drew, he failed miserably.

Drew seems to think that no one knows about his nursery romp with Willow, even though Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) caught the entire thing on security footage, which was sent to his phone.

As many within the Q mansion were completely caught off guard by Jason’s actions, since they believed he punched Drew over a kiss, the newly elected governor played into that by acting like a victim in the entire thing.

Michael knows the real reason Jason did what he did, so if Drew tries to bad-talk his twin at the Q’s during Thanksgiving, could he end up exploding and telling everyone the truth? Nina will likely be there, as Willow’s mom and guest, so how will she react when she hears the news?

Nina will be completely outraged when she finds out what Drew did. As Willow is her pride and joy, she’ll likely lay all the blame on him.

Will she aim to try and cover up her indiscretions with Drew or will she double down and expose him as the fraud, manipulator, and liar that he is by telling Willow that she slept with him, too? Could Nina blurt it out during an angry tantrum, in front of the entire Q family?

She may be tempted to do so; she may even do it out of outrage; however, there’s also a chance he continues to stay quiet for fear this could tear the two of them apart.
