General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) has someone on her mind, and it appears she’s just about ready to share her feelings with Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth).

No, not those feelings. That ship has sailed; sorry, friends. But could it be that the baby GH fans suspect Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) gave up for adoption many moons ago was Giovanni ‘Gio’ Palmieri (Giovannia Mazza)?

It’s possible that while Brook Lynn and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) consented to the adoption of their child, they weren’t looped into the grandparents’ plans to keep the child somewhat “in the family.” Heads will roll when everyone finds out.

Brook Lynn and Dante had to have made peace with this decision a long time ago. Neither of them were ready to become parents, and neither of them wanted to settle down with each other. That would’ve worked out awfully strange as their parents coupled up only a few years later.

Regardless, these two have hardy been in search of their child or seeking the reunion that is going to be thrust upon them when Lois, Ned, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), and Olivia Quartermaine (LisaWally Kurth) reveal the means they went to just to stay in Gio’s life — all while obscuring Dante and Brook Lynn from it.

Lulu Falconeri (Alexa Havins) is supposed to wake up from a coma soon, and we imagine she’s the last person that Dante ever wanted to find out about this. Will the time she lost give her a new perspective not to waste a minute being mad, or will she not be able to help feeling deceived by her ex-husband?

We can expect that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) will be ticked for being left out of the equation, and she may also be disgusted by Dante for allegedly not better supporting Brook Lynn the way Tracy would have wanted him to.

Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is bound to get stuck in his own feelings about his wife hiding her first child from him as well. Will he be able to set them aside enough to support her in learning Gio is her son? Will Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) even still be around to stand by her man?

While we’re busy predicting the many difficult ways in which the never-ending family attached to Brook Lynn and Dante might respond to this situation, we can’t forget the most affected person in the bunch — Gio himself.

Being lied to his entire life about who his parents were won’t be easy to digest. He may feel guilty for even entertaining the thought of letting his biological mother into his life — although she’s already in it — when the only mother he’s ever known has been in a grave for years.
