General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Monday, September 23 tease fatherly counsel, frantic doctors, and loaded encounters.
Next On General Hospital
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) gives counsel, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is frantic, and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has a loaded encounter.
General Hospital Spoilers: Deny, Deny, Deny
In the breakfast nook at the Quartermaine mansion, it looks like Brook Lynn Quartermaine-Chase (Amanda Setton) is digging into some treats that look like brownies.
Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) backs up as she tells him if he repeats that, she will deny it and she will hurt him!
Gio had a conversation with Brook Lynn’s mother Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) earlier, where they discussed Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) were a lot alike!
Maybe he’s noticed she likes those snacks a whole lot more than usual and wonders if there’s a baby on the way!
GH Spoilers: Fatherly Counsel
At the Savoy, Curtis has a father-son chat with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and gives him some fatherly counsel-he tells him don’t just turn his back on something he loves.
TJ has been under a whole lot of stress with the death of his and Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Kristen Vaganos) baby. Perhaps TJ is feeling like the whole situation’s too much and instead of drawing closer to Molly, he’s wanting space?
Or perhaps TJ is feeling overwhelmed in his chosen career as a doctor, encountering patients he can’t fix? Curtis tries to get him to think about what he’s obviously thinking about doing.

General Hospital Spoilers: Universe Messages?
Elsewhere, Molly is somewhere and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) is beside her, and she confides that maybe the universe is trying to tell her something. Is she thinking the same thing TJ might be thinking, or perhaps she’s giving up on ever being a mom?
It seems like the whole universe is against both her and Molly now, and her mother in prison besides-she can do nothing to help her!
It’s a serious situation to be sure, and it seems like fate has stepped in and it’s out of everyone’s control. Dex should be an encouraging friend and tell her not to give up-he probably wishes he could do more.

GH Spoilers: Frantic Doctors
At the hospital, Portia is frantic as she asks her annoyed co-chief of staff Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) why she wouldn’t warn her Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) is back?
No doubt, it has gotten back to Portia now that there are discrepancies between one set of Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) blood tests and a second one.
Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) had another one done and noted to head Nurse Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) there seemed to be tampering.
Portia had accessed Heather’s records on her computer at the hospital on the sneak and as a result, Heather lost her case and had to stay in Pentonville.
A blind man could see who’s going to get blamed for the changes, but can Portia erase her logins from the hospital computer system?

General Hospital Spoilers: Loaded Encounters
At Bobbie’s, Carly has a loaded encounter with Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure). He tells her things and people aren’t always what they seem-might he be referring to himself?
Carly had used her influence to try to get him to pull WSB strings to find her cousin Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) to help save Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins) life.
Has Brennan been able to find out anything? Chances are, she is worried about Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) too because he hasn’t checked in with her since going to Africa.
