At Robert Scorpio’s (Tristan Rogers) office, he and Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) continue to talk-they revisit their past, and Holly obviously is shocked at something he tells her.

She wants to know if that means he’s cutting her out of his life?  Robert’s been thinking a lot about when she was pregnant supposedly with a baby of Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) and he married her.

The marriage was to keep Holly from being deported-and then she supposedly miscarried.

Then there was the subject of Ethan Lovett (James Ryan)-is Robert having some doubts about his and Sasha Corbin’s (Sofia Mattsson) paternity test?

GH Spoilers: Protective Big Brother?

A grieving Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) talks to Carly Spencer, (Laura Wright) after his father, Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) sad news.

He appears to be talking about his dad as he sadly tells Carly he told him to look out for his sister, Emily “Scout” Quartermaine (Cosestte Abinante).  

Surely Jason didn’t mean that Danny should raise his little sister-he had to be talking about being a protective big brother!

Danny’s not even out of high school yet, so how could Jason even think of making such an ask?

General Hospital Spoilers: Sincere Promises

In the meantime, Scout  is in the Quartermaine mansion with her dad, Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) as Jason had brought over both Danny and Scout, and Carly was already there. Carly had gone to tell Drew about Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) death in person.

Drew seems more attentive to his daughter than he has been in years-bent down on one knee, he tells the grieving little girl he promises to always be honest with her. He tries to be reassuring, but it’s a rough time for all.

GH Spoilers: Guilt

In the hospital chapel, Rocco continues talking to his grandmother Laura Collins (Genie Francis) as they sit together in a pew.

Rocco blames himself for Sam’s death and is struggling with guilt over not having a chance to tell her he loved her, and not accepting of her and his father’s engagement fully.

Of course, it’s not Rocco’s fault that Sam didn’t make it but her sacrifice is saving his own mother’s life.

Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) hasn’t woken up yet, and she may never come out of her four-year coma, but at least she’ll live. Laura will try to comfort her grandson the best that she can.

General Hospital Spoilers: Gratitude

Elsewhere, Jason is sad but grateful as he tells Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) about Sam’s death.

Spinelli is also tearful as Jason tells him because of Sam, he has his friendship. That is very true; Jason met Spinelli through Sam when he was still a college student.

Sam and The Jackal had worked on many private investigation cases together, and because of Spinelli’s masterful hacking skills he became an important asset.

The two men grieve over the loss of Jason’s ex wife and Spinelli’s friend and likely will reminisce over her.

GH Spoilers: Grief

In the meantime, Dante is talking to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and he’s really struggling with his grief over Sam.

They had just gotten engaged literally hours before her death in the recovery room at GH after her liver donation procedure.

Dante is so swamped in his grief he tells Sonny he doesn’t want to live without Sam. Sonny will do his best to try and encourage him to hang on, losing a spouse or nearly a spouse is never easy!
