Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) is grateful, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) is frustrated, and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) who’s wearing a campaign button, is unhappy seeing a guest.

Grateful Politicians

Drew is announcing his candidacy for Congressman Larry McConkey’s (Sam McMurray) seat, and with McConkey and a flag behind him he expresses his thanks.

He tells someone he could not have done this without them. It was Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) who introduced him to her father’s old friend the Congressman.

It sounds like perhaps it’s her that he is thanking publicly. Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) gave her a glowing endorsement as a public relations person.

Laura Collins Is Trusting In The Experts

Elsewhere, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) says she’s putting all her faith in the experts’ opinions as she reveals her plans to Mac and Felicia Scorpio (John J. York, Kristina Wagner).

Laura’s deputy mayor Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) is also in the room as Laura most likely is talking about Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) upcoming review.

Laura thought it wise to have Heather’s crimes investigated in the light of Heather’s having had cobalt poisoning that could have influenced her behavior.

Felicia looks more than a little skeptical, as Mac does as well; even Jordan looks a little dubious.

Frustrated Moms

Not everyone is happy with Drew’s decisions, and that would certainly include Sam, who’s frustrated with him no doubt concerning their daughter Emily “Scout” Cain (Cosette Abinante)-uh, make that Quartermaine.

Sam may be more frustrated about his changing his surname than that he’s running for office, although the two are connected.

However, she’s probably upset about more than that given Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) tells her that might make her look like she has something to hide.

Sam and Dante appear to be at the Quartermaine boathouse as she looks up in the air and rolls her eyes, like she’s trying to tune him out. It hasn’t been easy for Sam lately with so many changes in her life.

James West And Cody Bell Talk

Elsewhere, James West (Gary James Fuller) seeks approval from Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) as he asks him if something is okay with him.

Cody will make a confession and apparently James is the one he’s confessing to!

Cody has become one of James’ favorite people as he’s always around when James and his family needs him.

Cody wouldn’t confess to James that he’s Mac’s son, would he-he should know that James would tell Mac! Maybe James is asking Cody if it’s okay if he tells!

Sasha Gilmore Has Advice

It seems Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) also has some advice for someone as she tells them this is the kind of thing that can only end in disaster!

She’d given some apt advice to Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) just the other day about paparazzi.

But it may be someone else she’s talking to this time, and it might just be Nina.

The two will have a heart-to-heart in Monday’s episode. Might this be it?

GH Spoilers: Unhappy Campaign Supporters

It looks like Tracy is in the Quartermaine mansion with her campaign button for Drew’s campaign as she’s offended over a guest.

Someone has shown up and she complains, “Who invited her?” Clearly she’s not pleased over whoever the female guest is and doesn’t think she should be there.

Perhaps that campaign reporter Curtis talked about unfavorably has shown up-as if Adrian DeWitt (Dieterich Gray) hadn’t been bad enough!
