General Hospital Spoilers – Excited Outbursts

in the GH preview for Monday, December 9, Port Charles is fully decorated for Christmas, as Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) makes an excited outburst! With Christmas trees and lights on the brain, he’s thinking Christmas presents as he exclaims, “Good things happen in small packages”! It sounds like he’s greeting someone that he hasn’t seen in a while-is someone home for Christmas?

Even though the Quartermaines appear to have skipped over Thanksgiving, Christmas dinner is coming soon. Will it be a turkey, a triumph, or a pizza?

GH Spoilers – Defensive Postures

Elsewhere at what appears to be Rice Plaza, Cyrus tries to defend himself to Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) who apparently is on duty and interrogating him. The mysteries of who gave Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) digitalis, causing a fatal heart attack and how Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) life support was shut off are still not solved.

It was Halloween night when Sam died, although Lulu’s ventilator “malfunctioned” earlier. Cyrus tells Dex very calmly and plainly that he wasn’t at the hospital to visit Lulu on Halloween!

General Hospital Spoilers – Unworkable Situations

A frustrated Laura vents to someone during the GH preview, possibly her husband Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) as she says “It’s just not going to work”! One wouldn’t think she’s talking about their marriage, since there hasn’t seemed to be any trouble in paradise, perhaps she’s talking about room for Lulu to stay at their condo? It would be nice to have everyone living in their home, perhaps Lucky as well, in addition to Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay) – but there’s not enough room.

It was crowded when they had Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) staying there. Or is Laura frustrated about a different situation entirely?

GH Spoilers – Christmastime Flirting

Also near the Christmas displays is Lucky, and he’s indulging in a little Christmastime flirting with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst). He grins as he asks a smiling Elizabeth “who are you, and what have you done with Elizabeth?”

Elizabeth has privately hemmed and hawed about Lucky’s being back in town, and a possible reconciliation; she’s confided a little bit to her old friend Terry Randolph (Cassandra James). But right now she’s much more concerned about Lucky staying around for their son, Aiden Webber (Colin Cassidy). However, she’s opening up a little to the idea that Lucky might just hang around a while longer this time.

General Hospital Spoilers – Taking Sides

At Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) home, she and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) talk following Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) acquittal. Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) looked like she was going into shock as the verdict was read. She and Molly argued a little bit after Kristina came to herself, Kristina not liking that Molly had come to the conclusion her fall was a tragic accident.

Molly tells Alexis if she’s siding with her, then they are going to lose Kristina. This is an unusual statement coming from Molly, who apparently has changed her attitude about losing sisters since they lost Sam.

GH Spoilers – Father-Daughter Talk

Lastly, the GH preview for Monday, December 9 shows Kristina with her father Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). She asks if he’s got any ideas, and Sonny tells her he just might. It sounds like Sonny may offer her more permanent arrangements to stay with him there. He has the room and he can keep an eye on her, since she seems on the verge of spiraling.
