GH Spoilers: Maxie Tells A Devastated Dante A Long Kept Secret About Lulu!

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havans) has been in a coma for several years at this point. For most of her adult life, Lulu was happily married to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna).

But then Dante took an undercover assignment overseas which kept him away from Port Charles, and Lulu, for several months.

By the time Dante came home, he had changed. He had been brainwashed and wasn’t sure what would trigger him. So Dante left again, this time to go to a WSB treatment facility.

General Hospital Spoilers – Dante Falconeri Filed For Divorce

Dante wasn’t sure he would ever be able to come home to his family without putting them in danger. So, he sent Lulu divorce papers, which she eventually and very reluctantly agreed to. Slowly, Lulu began dating Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson).

Dante then decided to come home and tried to get Lulu back, but she pushed him away. But then tragedy struck, and both Lulu and Dustin were caught in an explosion at the Floating Rib. Dustin died almost immediately from his injuries, but Lulu seemed fine at first.

GH Spoilers – Lulu Spencer Confided In Maxie Jones

Lulu had a heart-to-heart talk with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) after Dustin’s death, not realizing that she was quite injured herself. Lulu admitted to Maxie that she still loved Dante after all and had been planning to break things off with Dustin that same night.

Lulu was about to tell Dante when she collapsed from a brain injury caused by the explosion. Lulu has been comatose ever since. Since there was no way to know if Lulu would ever wake up, Maxie chose to keep Lulu’s confession to herself.

General Hospital Spoilers – Dante Falconeri Will Learn The Truth

Dante found love with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). But it seems like Lulu is about to wake up after a liver transplant from Sam of all people. But Sam is fated to die at some point after the surgery. Dante will be devastated, but he will also be thrilled that Lulu is back as well.

To make things even more complicated, Maxie may decide now is the time to tell Dante about Lulu’s confession. Nothing will be able to keep Dante from mourning Sam, but Maxie’s words may help him see a way forward eventually with Lulu.
